<![CDATA[Self leadership is a topic that starts to develop from time to time. The purpose of this study was to find out the concept of self leadership from the view of students in Bugis Makassar. This study used the indigenous psychology approach. The subject of this study was 103 high school students from the Bugis Makassar. The data collection technique in this study was conducted by giving a number of open questions. The data was then analyzed by the open coded technique, then axial code and cross tabulated. The results of this study show that self leadership is defined as responsibility, positive value, ability to direct. Self leadership merupakan topik yang mulai berkembang dari masa ke masa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep self leadership menurut pandangan remaja Bugis Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan psikologi indigenous. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 103 siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas yang berasal dari suku Bugis Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan beberapa pertanyaan terbuka. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik open coded, lalu axial code dan cross tabulated.
