<![CDATA[Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Bungo. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai ASN yang berjumlah 37 orang. Metode penarikan yang digunakan sampling jenuh. Adapun persamaan regresi linier berganda pada penelitian ini adalah Y = 5,120 + 0,439X1 + 0,630X2 + e. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa uji parsial dan simultan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh dari variable Komunikasi (X1) dan Variabel Motivasi (X2) terhadap Kinerja pegawai. dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,678 atau 67,8%. Untuk itu, Dinas Pendudukan dan Catatan Sipil di Kabupaten bungo sebaiknya dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan Komunikasi terhadap sesama pegawai, agar kinerja pegawai semakinmeningkat.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi; Motivasi; Kinerja; Pegawai.Abstract: The purposed study was to determine the effect of communication and motivation on employee performance in the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Bungo Regency. This research method is quantitative with the population and sample in this study, namely all ASN employees, totaling 37 people. The withdrawal method used is saturated sampling. The multiple linear regression equation in this study is Y = 5.120 + 0.439X1 + 0.630X2 + e. The results found that the partial and simultaneous tests showed the influence of the Communication variable (X1) and Motivation Variable (X2) on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.678 or 67.8%.
