<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to know the effect of giving acupressure technique to the reduction of labor pain during the active phase I. The study was conducted at Dr. M.M. Dunda Limboto on 15 February - 28 February 2018. The research design used one pretest-posttest group with total sampling technique. Primiparous maternal population in the first stage of normal delivery was 46 respondents. The results showed that before acupressure, mothers with moderate pain were 60.9% and 39.1% in severe pain. After acupressure that felt mild pain 65.2% moderate pain 34.8%. One Sample T Test Statistic with mean difference before acupressure 1.391 and after acupressure 1,348. This suggests that giving acupressure technique has an effect. Therefore, inpartu mothers who experience labor pain are given acupressure techniques to reduce pain.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian teknik akupresur terhadap penurunan nyeri persalinan kala I fase aktif. Penelitian dilakukan di RSUD Dr. M.M. Dunda Limboto pada tangal 15 Februari – 28 Februari 2018. Desain penelitian yang digunakan one grup pretest-posttest dengan pengambilan teknik total sampling. Populasi ibu bersalin primipara pada kala I dari persalinan normal sebanyak 46 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum akupresur, ibu yang nyeri sedang 60,9% dan nyeri berat 39,1%. Setelah akupresur yang merasakan nyeri ringan 65,2% nyeri sedang 34,8%. Uji Statistik One Sample T Test dengan mean difference sebelum dilakukan akupresur 1,391 dan setelah dilakukan akupresur 1,348. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian teknik akupresur berpengaruh. Oleh karena itu para ibu inpartu yang mengalami nyeri persalinan diberikan teknik akupresur untuk mengurangi nyeri. ]]>
