Pengaruh Konseling Terhadap Peningkatan Parenting Self Efficacy Pada Ibu Post Partum Primipara Sectio Caesarea di Rsud Dr M.M Dunda Limboto

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of counseling on increasing parenting self efficacy in post partum mothers primiparous caesarean section. The method used pre-experiment one group pre test post test. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 25 respondents. Statistical data analysis used paired t-test. The results showed an increase in parenting self efficacy scores in postpartum mothers primiparous caesarean section, namely 18.4 and p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) thus it can be concluded that there is an influence between counseling with an increase in parenting self efficacy of post partum mothers primiparous caesarean section.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling terhadap peningkatan parenting self efficacy pada ibu post partum primipara sectio caesarea. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pra eksperimen one group pre test post test. Teknik mengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah 25 responden. Analisis data statistik menggunakan uji paired t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor parenting self efficacy pada ibu post partum primipara sectio caesarea yakni 18,4 dan nilai p value = 0,000 (p<0,05) dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara konseling dengan peningkatan parenting self efficacy ibu post partum primipara sectio caesarea.
