Metode Proyek Membuat Aquarium Dalam Mengembangkan Kemampuan Sosial Anak Di PAUD Fatiatul Ilmi Kabupaten Subang

Abstract

Abstract To achieve social maturity, children must learn about ways to adapt to others and are obtained by children through various experiences associating with people in their environment. In addition, children should have education about social learning with fun activities. Among various learning methods and various activities in the classroom, the project method is one method that can support children's social development. The project method provides opportunities for children to improve the skills mastered individually or in small groups. This research was conducted at PAUD Fatiatul Ilmi, Tanjungsiang District, Subang Regency. The subjects in this study were 20 people in group B, 14 boys and 6 girls. The data needed in this study were obtained through observation. The children were divided into 2 major groups, namely a mixture of boys and girls, the groups were mixed on the grounds that girls and boys could mingle without being hindered by gender. In this cycle, the children were divided into tasks such as cutting used cardboard and decorating with wrapping paper, cutting wool threads, attaching fish pictures to the aquarium. The indicators studied were 24 indicators with criteria BB (Not Developed) 117 scores, MB (Starting to Develop) 272 scores, BSH (Developing As Expected) 91 scores and BSB (Developed Very Well) with 0, cumulative indicators 934 with a percentage of 46.7 % is in the less criteria. Keyword: Project methods, aquarium, social skills Abstrak Untuk mencapai kematangan sosial, anak harus belajar tentang cara-cara menyesuaikan diri dengan orang lain dan diperoleh anak melalui berbagai pengalaman bergaul dengan orang-orang dilingkungann. Selain itu, anak harus ada edukasi mengenai pembelajaran sosial dengan kegiatan yang menyenangkan. Di antara beragam metode pembelajaran dan berbagai kegiatan di kelas, metode proyek merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat mendukung perkembangan sosial anak. Metode proyek memberikan peluang kepada anak untuk meningkatkan keterampilan yang dikuasai secara perorangan atau kelompok kecil. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PAUD Fatiatul Ilmi Kecamatan Tanjungsiang Kabupaten Subang. Subjek dalam penelitian ini usia dini pada kelompok B yang berjumlah 20 orang, anak laki-laki berjumlah 14 orang dan anak perempuan berjumlah 6 orang. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi. Anak dibagi 2 kelompok besar yaitu campuran dari anak laki-laki dan anak perempuan, kelompoknya dicampur dengan alasan agar anak perempuan dan anak laki-laki bisa berbaur tanpa terhalang jenis kelamin. Pada siklus ini, anak-anak dibagi tugas seperti menggunting kardus bekas dan menghias dengan kertas kado, menggunting benang wol , menempel gambar ikan ke aquarium. Indikator yang diteliti adalah 24 indikator dengan kriteria BB (Belum Berkembang) 117 skor, MB (Mulai Berkembang) 272 skor, BSH (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan) 91 skor dan BSB (Berkembang Sangat Baik) dengan 0, kumulatif indikator 934 dengan presentase 46,7% berada di kriteria kurang.
