<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas dan solvabilitas terhadap audit delay. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sector real estate dan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel akhir adalah 28 perusahaan tahun 2016-2019. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Profitablitas yang diproksikan dengan Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh postif terhadap audit delay, namun solvabilitas yang diproksikan dengan debt to equity (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap audit delay. Profitabilitas dan solvabilitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap audit delay Industri real estate dan properti. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of profitability and solvability on audit delay. The population in this study are manufacture industrial companies subsector real estate and property listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with the final sample being 28 companies that distributed in 2016-2019. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results of the study prove that the Profitability proxied by Return On Assets (ROA) has a positive effect on audit delay, but solvability proxied by debt to equity (DER) has a negative and significant effect on audit delay. Profitability and Solvability simultaneously have a significant effect on audit delay of the real estate and property Industry company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.]]>
