<![CDATA[Latar Belakang : Data RISKESDAS 2018 didapatkan kehamilan perempuan umur 10-54 tahun yang pernah kawin di NTB yaitu pernah hamil 94,1% dan sedang hamil 5,6%. Untuk kehamilan perempuan umur 10-19 tahun pernah hamil sebanyak 58,8% dan sedang hamil 25,2%.Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan antenatal dengan media booklet terhadap pengetahuan dan kesiapan ibu hamil usia dibawah 20 tahun dalam menghadapikehamilan.Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini adalah Quasi experiment dengan one group pretest-posttest. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bulan Mei-Juni 2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ibu hamil usia dibawah 20 tahun bertempat tinggal di wilayah kerja UPT BLUD Puskesmas Gerung yaitu 32 ibu hamil. Sampel 30 ibu hamil. Analisis menggunakan Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test dan Paired Sample TTest.Hasil Penelitian : Responden dalam penelitian ini berusia 16-19 tahun dengan mayoritas pendidikan menengah dan semua bekerja sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Terdapat peningkatan nilai tingkat pengetahuan dan kesiapan dari sebelum dan setelah diberikan intervensi. Hasil uji statistik tingkat pengetahuan dan kesiapan diperoleh nilai p = 0,000.Kesimpulan : ada pengaruh pendidikan antenatal terhadap pengetahuan dan kesiapan ibu hamil usia dibawah 20 tahun dalam menghadapi kehamilan.
