<![CDATA[ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Hasil Riskesdas tahun 2018 Prevalensi penyakit stroke di Indonesia meningkat seiring bertambahnya umur, kasus stroke tertinggi yang terdiagnosis pada kelompok usia 75 tahun keatas (50,2%) dan terendah pada kelompok usia 15-24 tahun yaitu sebesar (0,6%). Pada penderita stroke post serangan membutuhkan waktu lama untuk memulihkan salah satu nya dengan latihan mobilisasi bagian dari proses rehabilitasi yaitu latihan Range Of Motion (ROM). Tujuan : Literature Review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Range Of Motion terhadap kekuatan otot pasien stroke. Metode : Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Literature review menganalisis jurnal penelitian yang berkaitan dengan topic analisis dan metode pencarian menggunakan jurnal intervensi yang dapat diakses full text, tahun jurnal yang digunakan tahun 2011-2021. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil Literature Review pada 5 jurnal ini menyatakan bahwa Range Of Motion (ROM) sangat berpengaruh pada pasien stroke.
