<![CDATA[Chickenpox disease or in medical terms called varicella is an infection caused by the varicella-zoster virus. The purpose of this research is to find out the behavioral relationship with the occurrence of varicella in children aged 2-4 years in the village of Sepa, Amahai District, Central Maluku Regency. This research used a descriptiveanalytic survey design in which this researcher aims to look for the relationship of knowledge, attitudes, and actions with the occurrence of varicella in the village Sepa data collection are done by interview method using a questionnaire tool. The population of this research was all mothers who have 2-4 years old children in Sepa village with 34 children. Sampling in this study used a total sampling method so that the sample of this study was 34 children. Data were analyzed Chi-square test. The results based on the results of the study, that there is no relationship between knowledge and the incidence of varicella p-value of 0.510 (>0.05), there is no relationship between attitude and varicella occurrence p-value of 0.500 (>0.05), there is no relationship between the action with the occurrence of varicella value of p-value 0.241 (>0.05). In the village of Sepa, Amahai sub-district, Central Maluku district, this was due to the varicella occurrence in the village of Sepa due to other factors not examined in this study. Tujuan Penetitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku terhadap kejadian vericella pada anak usia 2-4 tahun di desa Sepa Kecamatan Amahai Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan survei deskriptif analitik dimana peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan dengan kejadian vericella di desa sepa pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dengan menggunakan alat bantu kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang mempunyai anak usia 2-4 tahun di Desa Sepa dengan jumlah 34 orang anak. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode total sampling sehingga Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 34 orang anak. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa Tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kejadian penyakit varicella nilai p value 0,510 (>0,05), tidak ada hubungan antara sikap dengan kejadian varicella nilai p value 0,500 (>0,05), tidak ada hubungan antara tindakan dengan kejadian varicella nilai p value 0,241 (>0,05) di Desa Sepa, Kecamatan Amahai, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, hal ini disebabkan karena kejadian varicella di Desa Sepa disebabkan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.Kata kunci: pengetahuan; sikap; tindakan; varicella]]>
