Non-communicable diseases are chronic diseases or medical conditions that cannot be passed from one individual to another. Major non-communicable diseases include hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cancer, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Diabetes mellitus is a non-communicable disease that poses a serious threat to global and national health. The purpose of the research to be carried out is to find out the Effect of Tera Gymnastics Frequency on the Risk Level of Diabetes Mellitus. Quantitative research, this type of research is an experimental (quasy experimental). The pretest posttest one group design. Total sample 34 respondents with incidental sampling technique. The results of the Wilcoxon test analysis using SPSS, namely p-value = 0.002 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence between before and after exercise on Random Blood Sugar Levels (BSL). The conclusion can be interpreted that routine exercise affects changes in random blood sugar levels (BSL) pre post. Of course, this condition must be followed up regularly, because if this tera exercise is carried out continuously, it will result in a more fit and healthy body condition in addition to preventing the occurrence of Diabetes Millietus
