PENGARUH TEACHING FACTORY DAN LEADERSHIP TERHADAP KINERJA CIVITAS AKADEMIK SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the implementation of the Teaching Factory and leadership program on the performance of the academic community at several vocational high schools in Cibinong, Bogor Regency. This study uses a quantitative method using a simple regression method with SPSS 25.00 as a tool. The sample of this study was 40 samples consisting of teachers, principals, vice principals, students, at SMK Cibinong 1 PGRI Cibinong and SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara Cibinong.Based on the hypothesis test, the results obtained simultaneously, namely Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of the academic community. Meanwhile, Teaching Factory has a weak effect on the performance of the academic community. Management of SMK-SMK in Cibinong should focus more on variables that have a positive effect on performance. For the academic community of SMK-SMK in Cibinong, especially in SMK Cibinong 1 PGRI Cibinong and SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara Cibinong, it is hoped that they can carry out teaching factory activities by carrying out various DI/DU programs that have been prepared by the government for SMKs in Indonesia so that the vocational academic community in particular teachers and students at SMK Cibinong 1 PGRI Cibinong and SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara Cibinong can understand well what the industry needs. Not only that, leadership by doing new ideas in producing and managing SMK business. So that the teaching factory and leadership can provide a good continuity of increasing student learning achievement at these educational institutions. Abstrak Tujuan  penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas penerapan program Teaching Factory dan leadership terhadap kinerja civitas akademik beberapa sekolah menengah kejuruan di Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode regresi sederhana dengan alat bantu SPSS 25.00. Sampel dari penelitian ini sejumlah 40 sampel yang terdiri dari Guru, Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Siswa, di SMK Cibinong 1 PGRI Cibinong dan SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara Cibinong.Berdasarkan uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil secara simultan yaitu Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja civitas akademik. Sedangkan Teaching Factory berpengaruh secara lemah terhadap kinerja civitas akademik  Manajemen SMK-SMK di Cibinong harus lebih fokus pada variabel yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Bagi civitas akademik SMK-SMK di Cibinong khususnya di SMK Cibinong 1 PGRI Cibinong dan SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara Cibinong diharapkan dapat melakukan kegiatan teaching factory dengan melakukan berbagai program DI/DU yang telah disusun oleh pemerintah terhadap SMK-SMK di Indonesia agar civitas akademik SMK khususnya guru dan siswa di SMK Cibinong 1 PGRI Cibinong dan SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara Cibinong dapat memahami dengan baik apa yang dibutuhkan oleh industri. Tidak hanya itu, leadership dengan melakukan ide-ide baru dalam memproduksi dan mengelola usaha SMK. Sehingga teaching factory dan leadership dapat memberikan kelangsungan yang baik terhadap meningkatnya prestasi belajar siswa pada lembaga pendidikan tersebut.
