Peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa dilakukan dengan cara rekrutmen pegawai. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan analisis perekrutan pegawai dalam peningkatan kerja karyawan PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa interview, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perekrutan karyawan di PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa sudah sesuai, karena karyawan yang direkrut mampu menguasai dalam bidang pengetahuan, kemampuan ataupun keahlian. Kata kunci: kinerja karyawan, manajemen, pengembangan SDM, pola rekrutmen ABSTRACT Employee performance improvement of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa is carried out by employee recruitment. The purpose of this study is to describe how the analysis of Human Resource Management (HRM) on employee recruitment to improve performance of employee at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The research was started at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa with data collection in observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the recruitment of employees at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa was appropriate, because the recruited employees were able to master the field of knowledge, skills or expertise.
