This study aims to improve vehicle service services by evaluating the performance of existing services at PT. XYZ at Bintaro Jaya. The approach used in this research is queuing theory. The whole customer who came to the car dealer of PT. XYZ is used as the population. All of the customers who came then queued and then entered the queue were sampled in this study. The research period and data collection were carried out for 7 consecutive days using observation techniques. Goodness of fit test is used to analyze the arrival data that has poison distribution. The arrival pattern produced by this study has followed the poison distribution and the service pattern followed the exponential distribution. Based on the calculation results in increasing the speed of service, one additional person is needed for optimal service.
