<![CDATA[AbstrakCOVID-19 adalah infeksi pernafasan akut yang disebabkan oleh coronavirus yang penularannya sangat cepat terjadi antar manusia. Penularan COVID-19 di fasilitas kesehatan dapat terjadi di layanan medis bagian pendaftaran yang merupakan tempat pertama kali dikunjungi pasien di fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi COVID-19 di pelayanan rekam medis bagian pendaftaran Puskesmas Haurwangi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini melibatkan kepala rekam medis dan dua orang petugas loket pendaftaran sebagai subjek penelitian, yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling.Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa bentuk PPI COVID-19 di pelayanan rekam medis bagian pendaftaran Puskesmas Haurwangi yaitu dengan membuat prosedur penerimaan pasien selama pandemi dimana terdapat perubahan alur pelayanan dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Penerapan lainnya seperti penggunaan sistem daftar online , pengurangan jam operasional pelayanan, membuat poster / promosi Kesehatan, memperbaiki dan disinfektan, penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) serta pemberlakuan WFH ( work from home ) kepada petugas. Disarankan agar mempertahankan serta meningkatkan PPI COVID-19 ini dengan mengimplementasikan telemedicine.Kata Kunci: COVID-19, Pelayanan Rekam Medis, PPI AbstrakCOVID-19 is an acute respiratory infection caused by a coronavirus that transmist very quickly between humans. Transmission of COVID-19 in health facilities can occur in the medical record service at the registration section. Which is the first place a patient visits a health facility. The purposeof this study was determine the form of prevention and control of COVID-19 infection in the medical record service at the registration section of the Haurwangi Health Center. This research is a descriptive study with a case study approach. This study involved the head of the medical record and two clerks at the registration counter as research subjects, which were taken by purposive sampling technique. The results of this study are that the form of prevention and control of COVID-19 infection in the medical record service of the Haurwangi Health Center is by making patient admission pocedures during the pandmic where there is a change in the service flow by implementing health protocols. Other applications include the use of an online registration system, reducing service operating hours, making posters/health promotions, cleaning and disinfecting, using personal protective equipments (PPE) and implementing WFH (work from home ) for officers.
