LATIHAN SPLIT JUMPS DAN ALTERNATE LEG BOUNDS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN POWER TENDANGAN JEJAG PADA PENCAK SILAT

Abstract

Tujuan: 1) Perbedaan pengaruhlatihan split jumps dan alternate leg bounds terhadap power tendangan jejag pada ekstrakurikuler pencak silat MTS Al-Khoiriyah Kota Semarang, 2) Pengaruh latihan split jumps terhadap power tendangan jejag pada ekstrakurikuler pencak silat kota Semarang, 3) Mengetahui yang lebih efektif antara latihan split jumps dan alternate leg bounds terhadap power tendangan jejag ekstrakurikuler pencak silat MTS Al-Khoiriyah Kota Semarang. Metode: Populasi penelitian ini adalah ekstrakurikuler pencak silat MTS Al-Khoiriyah Kota semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa dan siswi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian ini ada dua variabel yaitu latihan dengan split jumps, latihan dengan alternate leg bounds sebagai variabel bebas serta hasil power tendangan jejag sebagai variabel terikat. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen. Metode analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis data statistik T-test. Hasil: latihan split jumps dan latihan alternate leg bounds memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap peningkatan power tendangan jejag Ekstrakurikuler Pencak Silat MTS. Al- Khoiriyah Kota Semarang. Latihan split jumps (10.74%) lebih baik pengaruhnya dari pada latihan alternate leg bounds (10.35%) terhadap peningkatan power tendangan jejag Ekstrakurikuler Pencak Silat MTS Al- Khoiriyah Kota Semarang. Simpulan: Latihan split jumps dan latihan alternate leg bounds memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap peningkatan power tendangan jejag ekstrakurikuler pencak silat MTS. Al- Khoiriyah Kota Semarang. latihan dengan split jumpdan alternate leg bounds sama-sama meningkatkan hasil power tendangan jejag, namun latihan dengan split jumps lebih efektif meningkatkan hasil power tendangan jejagekstrakurikuler pencak silat MTS. Al- Khoiriyah Kota Semarang.Purpose: 1) Differences training effect split the alternate leg jumps and bounds to the power kick in extra curricular martial arts jejag MTS Al-Khoiriyah Semarang, 2) Effect of split exercise power jumps to kick in extra curricular martial arts jejag Semarang, 3) Knowing more effective among training split jumps and alternate leg bounds to the power of martial arts kicks jejag extracurricular MTS Al-Khoiriyah Semarang. Methods: The population was martial arts extracurricular MTS Al-Khoiriyah Semarang City. The sample in the study were 30 male and female students . Sampling using total sampling. This study there are two variables, exercise with split jumps, exercises with alternate leg bounds as the independent variable and the results of a power kick jejag as the dependent variable. Research using experimental methods. Methods of analysis of research data using statistical data analysis T-test. Results: Split exercise exercises alternate leg jumps and bounds give a different effect on the increase in power kick jejag Extracurricular Pencak Silat MTS. Al-Khoiriyah Semarang. Exercise split jumps (10.74 %) better effect on the exercise of the alternate leg bounds (10:35 %) of the increase in power kick jejag Extracurricular Pencak Silat Al-Khoiriyah MTS Semarang. Conclusion: Split exercise exercises alternate leg jumps and bounds give a different effect on the increase in the power of martial arts kicks jejag extracurricular MTS. Al-Khoiriyah Semarang. exercise with a split jump and alternate leg bounds both improve outcomes jejag power kick, but exercise is more effective with split jumps increase the results of a power kick martial arts extracurricular jejag MTS.
