IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROYEK PADA KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR DAN KEMAHIRAN GENERIK SAINS

Abstract

AbstrakDalam rangka mengikuti perkembangan IPTEK diharapkan siswa SMK tidak hanya dibekali hard skill  saja tetapi juga perlu memiliki kemahiran generik sains dan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui peningkatan aspek keterampilan berpikir kritis dan berpikir kreatif  melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek, (2) mengetahui hubungan antara setiap aspek keterampilan berpikir kritis dan berpikir kreatif  siswa SMK pada mata pelajaran fisika, (3) mengetahui profil kemahiran generik sains siswa SMK melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI TKJ (Teknik Komputer Jaringan) SMK Ma’arif  Tunjungan Blora dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 40 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuasi eksperimen One Group Pre-test and Post-test Design pada topik optik. Hasil analisis uji gain menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan aspek keterampilan berpikir kritis, berpikir kreatif  dan kemahiran generik siswa SMK. Setiap aspek keterampilan berpikir kritis mempunyai hubungan dengan aspek keterampilan berpikir kreatif  berdasarkan hasil analisis uji regresi. Sebagian besar siswa merespon baik dan senang dengan pembelajaran fisika berbasis proyek.AsbtractIn order to follow the development of  science and technology vocational students are expected not only equipped with hard skills, but also need to have a generic science skills and higher level thinking skills.The aims of  research are (1) find an increase in aspect of  critical think-ing skills and creative thinking through project-based learning, (2) determine the relationship between each aspect of  critical thinking skills and creative thinking of  students in vocational subjects of  physics, (3) know the profile of  the generic skills of  vocational students science through project-based learning. This subject research is a class XI TKJ SMK Ma’arif  Tun-jungan Blora which consist of  40 students. This research was held by quasi-experiment One Group Pre-test and Post-Test Design. The analysis of  score gains showed that the project-based learning can improve critical thinking skills, creative thinking aspect and generic skills of vocational students. Every aspect of  critical thinking skills have a relationship with aspects of creative thinking skills based of  the regression analysis. Most of  the students responded well and happy with the project-based learning in physics.
