<![CDATA[The purpose of the investigator carried out by the researcher is to find the correlation of body shame and self-confidence of SMA N 5 Pariaman. The investigation used is quantitative. Kriteria of not idealbodied teenegers such as being too fat and thin and having pimples face. The number of research subjects wa 79 people. Data collection uses a scale self-confidence. Data prossed using product moment correlation techniques. Hypothesistest results are r = -0,226, p=0,04 (p<0,05). The findings prove a significant negative correlation between body shame and the self-confidence of SMA N 5 Pariaman.Tujuan dilakukan riset oleh penyelidik ialah bakal mendapati korelasi body shame beserta kepercayaan diri atas murid SMA N 5 Pariaman. Riset yang dipakai ialah riset kuantitatif. Kriteria orang yang dipilih ialah remaja bertubuh tidak ideal seperti terlalu gemuk dan terlalu kurus serta wajah yang berjerawat. Jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 79 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kepercayaan diri. Data diolah memakai teknik korelasi product moment.
