<![CDATA[Abstrak Tata kelola pelayanan berbasis elektronik terhadap masyarakat pada tahun 2017 khususnya di Kabupaten Subang masih belum mempunyai konvensi tertentu, hal tersebut dimaknai sebagai pemecahan dalam terwujudnya kinerja pemerintah yang efektif dan efisien. Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia Pusat Pengembangan Teknologi Tepat Guna (LIPI PPTTG) Kabupaten Subang sebagai salah satu instansi Pemerintahan dimana salah satu kapasitasnya adalah sebagai lembaga yang memberikan pelatihan baik kepada pejabat publik maupun masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya. Sistem yang sedang berjalan dalam proses pendaftaran belum terkomputerisasi sehingga data-data menumpuk dan sulit dalam mencari data yang dibutuhkan serta integritas data kurang terpelihara. Rancangan Sistem Informasi Pelatihan merupakan sebuah usulan sistem dalam pemecahan permasalahan yang terjadi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik dalam mewujudkan good governance. Sistem informasi ini dirancang berbasis web, metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Unified Process (UP) dengan bahasa pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). The training information system design is a system proposal for solving problems that occur that aims to improve public services in realizing good governance.
