<![CDATA[ In the health service sector, based on the strategic plan of the ministry of health, it is targeted that 70% of health services are carried out using complementary methods to reduce the use of pharmacological therapy. There are various types of complementary therapies, acupressure therapy is a therapy that is widely studied. Adolescence is also known as puberty, which is a period of physical changes and physiological function, which is marked by the occurrence of menarche (first menstruation). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of adolescent girls in dealing with menstrual pain with acupressure techniques. The design of this research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all midwifery students at the Mitra Bunda Health Institute. The sampling technique used is total sampling, the number of samples is 76 respondents. Data analysis used Chi-square test with ?= 0.05. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of respondents in dealing with menstrual pain with acupressure techniques. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.024 (p<0.05). The conclusion of this study is that acupressure techniques can overcome menstrual pain, this is effectively done if someone knows the benefits and goals of acupressure.
