<![CDATA[Abstract— The success of a project is not separated from a series of covering activities the stages of planning, implementation and supervision. In time control of a project is indispensable for a project to be able to complete the project on time or earlier than planned. The method of time control used in this research is the method of Earned value concept and Critical Path method (CPM) .This Research was conducted on the advanced project of Lanjutan Pembangunan Jalan Ruas Jalan Ciawi Singaparna Kabupaten Tasikmalaya District which aims to know the project performance and completion time of work on the construction project of the building. The data used in this study are Time Schedule, cost budget plan, and weekly progress financial statement. From analyst data, the result can be found that in the values of BCWP and BCWS after they are obtained by the SV, SPI, and predicting the project end time completion (ETS and EAS) and generating critical paths and float calculations. From the results of the analysis of the time of completion in Week 12 reporting advanced Project of Lanjutan Pembangunan Jalan Ruas Jalan Ciawi Singaparna Kabupaten Tasikmalaya District experienced a delay of 3 weeks from 21 weeks to 24 weeks but the results of the delay CPM analysis occurred outside the critical path so there are still opportunities to complete the project on time or faster of the plan.Keywords — Earned value method (EVC), Critical Path Method (CPM), BCWP, BCWS, SV, SPI, ETS, EAS.Abstrak— Keberhasilan suatu proyek tidak lepas dari serangkaian aktivitas yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Dalam Pengendalian waktu pada suatu proyek diperlukan agar suatu proyek mampu menyelesaikan proyek dengan tepat waktu atau lebih awal dari yang direncanakan. Metode pengendalian waktu yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode konsep nilai hasil (Earned Value Concept) dan Critical Path Method (CPM). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Proyek Lanjutan Pembangunan Jalan Ruas Jalan Ciawi Singaparna Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja proyek dan waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan pada proyek pembangunan gedung tersebut. Data-data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kali ini meliputi Time Schedule, Rencana Anggaran Biaya, dan laporan progress mingguan. Dari data tersebut dapat menghasilkan nilai BCWP dan BCWS setelah itu didapatkan nilai SV, SPI, serta memprediksi penyelesaian waktu akhir proyek (ETS dan EAS) dan menghasilkan jalur kritis dan perhitungan float. Dari hasil analisis terhadap waktu penyelesaian pada minggu ke 12 pelaporan Proyek Lanjutan Pembangunan Jalan Ruas Jalan Ciawi Singaparna Kabupaten Tasikmalaya mengalami keterlambatan 3 minggu dari 21 minggu menjadi 24 minggu namun hasil analisis CPM keterlambatan yang terjadi diluar jalur kritis jadi masih ada kesempatan untuk menyelesaikan proyek tepat waktu atau lebih awal dari rencana.Kata kunci — Earned Value Method (EVC), Critical Path Method (CPM), BCWP, BCWS, SV, SPI, ETS, EAS.]]>
