<![CDATA[This study aims to find out. This research aims to find out the results of teacher performance analysis at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Deli Serdang During the Covid 19 Pandemic. Teacher performance analysis is also a process or activity carried out by a teacher in a learning process in terms of abilities, skills, and expertise possessed by individuals, groups or organizations as well as systems to strengthen self, group and organization abilities so that they are able to defend themselves or their profession amid continuous changes. This type of research is qualitative research, namely data collected in the form of words, pictures, not numbers. The allocation for this research was MTs Negeri 2 Deli Serdang. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use Moleong Analysis. The results of the research are based on the discussion that has been found. It is concluded that based on the results of the analysis of teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Deli Serdang "good and needs improvement".]]>
