Manajemen Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kabupaten Karanganyar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan mendiskripsikan manajemen pembelajaran pembelajaran Madrasah Tsanawiyah kelas VIII dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru dalam melaksanakan manajemen pembelajaran bahasa arab untuk Madrash Tsanawiyah kelas VIII. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dilaksanakan di MTs Negeri di karanganyar, tahun 2021-2022. Subjek penelitiannya adalah para Guru Bahasa Arab. Informannya adalah kepala Sekolah dan masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Sedangkan teknik analisa menggunakan analisis data interaktif dengan langkah-langkah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, kemudian penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran bahasa Arab kelas VIII di MTs negeri se-Kabupaten Karanganyar dimulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan Evaluasi. Adapun faktor pendukung dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yaitu adanya dukungan dari kepala sekolah, adanya koordinasi antara guru di Internal Sekolah, adanaya integrasi antara mata pelajaran yang memudahkan proses pembelajaran, serta peran musyawarah guru yang intens. Adapun faktor penghambatnya antara lain: adanya guru yang masih kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, input peserta didik yang masih memiliki kompetensi yang rendah dalam kemahiran membaca tulisan Arab, serta fasilitas pendidikan yang belum memadai. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam manajemen pembelajaran bahasa Arab yaitu melalui workshop dan pelatihan untuk para guru, kegiatan ekstrakulikuler untuk menunjang pembelajaran serta kesadaran dari guru untuk memaksimalkan fasilitas yang ada. This study aims to 1) To determine the Management of Arabic Learning Planning in class VIII Islamic State Junior High School in Karanganyar. 2) To find out the Factors that support and inhibit teachers in carrying out Arabic language learning management for class VIII in Karanganyar Regency. 3) To find solutions in overcoming the obstacles found.This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, carried out in the Islamic State Junior High School in Karanganyar, in 2021-2022. The subjects of his research were the Teachers of Arabic. The informants are the Principal and the community. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, and document methods. Meanwhile, the analysis technique uses interactive data analysis with steps for data collection, data reduction, then presentation and drawing conclusions.The results showed: 1) Management of Arabic Language Learning class VIII in Islamic State Junior High School in Karanganyar starting from the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. These three stages generally went well and smoothly. 2) Supporting Factors in implementing Arabic Language Learning class VIII in Islamic State Junior High School in Karanganyar district include: Support from the principal, Coordination between Teachers in the Internal School, Integration between subjects that facilitate the learning process, and The role of deliberation of subject teachers to coordinate and carry out good management. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are: The existence of teachers who are still less active in the learning process, input students who still have low competence in arabic writing reading proficiency, thus hindering the process of learning Arabic in the classroom, as well as inadequate educational facilities. 3) Solutions offered to overcome these obstacles include: workshops and training for Teachers, extracurricular activities to support learning, and awareness from Teachers to maximize existing facilities.
