<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out more deeply about internal problems that often occur in correctional institutions. The many problems that occur in correctional institutions make new problems arise, both internal and external problems. Madiun Lapas is a penitentiary that is used as a medium for fostering convicts and fulfilling the rights of convicts. It needs more detailed handling regarding what is obtained if coaching in correctional institutions only fills time and does not take good care of inmates. Therefore, I made a study using the Fishbone Diagram. With the hope of knowing what causes and strong recommendations from a problem to the coaching process that is not running efficiently.
