Background : Hemodialiysis is a management therapy for patinets with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) which functions as kidney replacement, and can last a lifetime. Data from Indonesian Renal Registry (IRR) in 2018 recorded 66,433 new and active patients during hemodialysis. Commonly the hemodialysis theraphy affecting various of physical complication, such as fatique. Patient chronic kidney disease with fatique, weakness, and lost of energy might be affect to the self care. Methods : The design in this study was quantitative, with a crosssectional approach using chi square analysis. Total sampling was used to measure the fatique, also the self care CKD index. This study was followed on the ethical clearance No: 0159/KEPK/ Adm2/II/2022. Result : The P value was 0.001 (P Value 0.05) there significant relationship between the level of fatique and self care in patients with chronic kidney disease during hemodialysis. Discussion : The increaciang level of fatique sequence to the level of dependence. We suggest need more explore on factor affecting the fatique level and dependence level.
