The implementation of Work From Home (WFH) has made a change in the way of working from office to home. Where these changes affect the formation of a new work environment. If the work environment is bad, it can cause burnout. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on burnout using the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method with a sample of 100 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a negative effect on burnout. So that this study succeeded in providing information about the work environment and burnout levels during the implementation of Work From Home (WFH).
