<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru perguruan al-hijrah 2 deli serdang. Sampel dalam penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah seluruh guru perguruan al-hijrah 2 deli serdang. berjumlah 74 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai data primer kemudian hasil datanya dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan melakukan uji stimultan, uji determinasi, uji parsial dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 5 persen (α=0,05) yang diolah dengan bantuan alat SPSS 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru perguruan Al-hijrah 2 Deli Serdang. dilihat melalui hasil uji stimultan dengan F hitung sebesar 30.611 dan nilai probabilitas atau p value = 0,000<0,05. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,000 dan t hitung sebesar 2,174. Budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikasi sebesar 0,000 dan t hitung sebesar 0,7,50 motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikasi sebesar 0,000 dan t hitung sebesar 5,581. The sample in this study were all teachers of al-hijrah 2 deli serdang. totaling 74 people.
