<![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work discipline and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Virtus Facilities Services Area Bandung. This test uses multiple linear regression model. The sample of this research is 34 respondents who are employees of the operational section of PT. Virtus Facilities Services Area Bandung. The independent variables used include work environment, work discipline, and reward. The test results show that the three variables tested at the same time do not significantly affect the performance of PT. Virtus Facilities Services Area Bandung. Variables Work environment, work discipline and compensation have an effect of 14.1% on employee performance while the remaining 85.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the research model. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Virtus Facilities Services Area Bandung. Pengujian ini menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah 34 responden karyawan dibagian operasional PT. Virtus Facilities Services Area Bandung. Variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel yang diuji secara bersamaan tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. Virtus Facilities Services Area Bandung. Variabel Lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh 14,1% dari Kinerja karyawan, dan sisanya 85,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian.]]>
