IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBELEM BASED LEARNING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PEKERJAAN DASAR TEKNIK OTOMOTIF DI SMK KRISTEN KAWANGKOAN

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru mata pelajaran yang bersangkutan yaitu Bapak Glendy J. Rawis menjelaskan bahwa dengan tugas yang diberikan motivasi siswa dalam mengerjakan sudah nampak namun beberapa siswa masih kurang memperhatikan proses pembelajaran. Siswa juga cenderung masih kurang aktif dan kurang berinteraksi dengan siswa lain selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui adanya peningkatan belajar siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning, mengetahui adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pekerjaan dasar teknik otomotif menggunakan model pembelajar problem based learining. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan serta teori-teori pendukung dan hasil penelitian terdahulu tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pekerjaan dasar teknik otomotif di SMK Kristen Kawangkoan. Kata Kunci: Problem Based Learning, Hasil Belajar Based on interviews with the subject teacher in question, Mr. Glendy J. Rawis explained that with the assignments given, the students' motivation to do the work was visible, but some students still paid less attention to the learning process. Students also tend to be less active and interact less with other students during the learning process. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning by applying the problem based learning model, to find out the improvement in student learning outcomes in the basic work subject of automotive engineering using the problem based learning model. This research was conducted through classroom action design. Based on the results based on research and discussion as well as supporting theories and the results of previous studies, it can be said that the application of problem-based learning models can improve basic learning outcomes of automotive engineering at Kawangkoan Christian Vocational School.
