<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keberadaan Industri Terhadap Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat Dikawasan Pesisir Kota Kendari. Dalam populasi penelitian ini terdapat 7.187 masyarakat dikawasan pesisir baik tenaga pekerja industri perikanan maupun pelaku usaha dan masyarakat biasa yang berada di kawasan pesisir, penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini berdasarkan tingkat kepercayaan 90% dan tingkat kesalahan 10% yang dikembangkan menggunakan Sloving sehingga berjumlah 99 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif, Tahap penentuan sampel yaitu ramdom sampling. Pengumpulan data kuantitatif dilakukan menggunakan angket/kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi lapangan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengujian regresi dengan taraf signifikasi 10% makan dipersamaan regresi Y = 3.898 + 0, 145 X yang digunakan sebagai dasar untuk memperkirakan tingkat kondisi sosial ekonomi yang dipengaruhi oleh keberadaan industri perikanan. Perhitungan dari hipotesis menggunakan uji t taraf signifikansi 10% berdasakan nilai (thitung = 1,239 >ttabel = 4.9 ). Menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen dengan cermat terbukti signifikan. Kemudian melalui uji F berdasarkan nilai (Fhitung = 2,879 >Ftabel= 2,70 ), dapat diketahui bahwa variabel independen dapat digunakan untuk menguji kondisi sosial ekonomi. Angka adjusted Rsquare 0,035 menunjukkan 3,5%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Keberadaan Industri berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat dikawasan pesisir Kota Kendari. This study aims to determine the influence of industry on the socioeconomic conditions of the coastal area of Kendari City. In the population of this study, there are 7,187 people in the coastal area, both fishery industry workers as well as business actors and ordinary people living in coastal areas, the determination of the sample in this study was based on a 90% confidence level and an error rate of 10% which was developed using Sloving so that there were 99 respondents. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The stage of determining the sample is random sampling. Quantitative data was collected using a questionnaire/questionnaire, interviews, documentation, and field observations. The results showed that in regression testing with a significance level of 10%, the regression equation Y = 3.898 + 0.145 X was used as the basis for estimating the level of socioeconomic conditions that were influenced by the existence of the fishing industry. Calculating the hypothesis using the t-test with a significance level of 10% based on the value (tcount = 1.239 > t table = 4.9). Shows that the independent variable carefully proved significant. Then through the F test based on the value (Fcount = 2.879> Ftable = 2.70 ), it can be seen that the independent variable can be used to test socioeconomic conditions. The adjusted R square value of 0.035 indicates 3.5%.
