<![CDATA[ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merumuskan ide strategi pengembangan usaha tomat ceri dengan menafaatkan toamt ceri yang tidak lulus sortasi serta menganalisis kelayakan pengembangan berdasarkan aspek finansial dan non finansial. Terdapat kurang lebih 40 kg setiap kali panen selama bulan Januari-maret 2022 yang tidak lolos sortasi penjualan ke hotel maupun supermarket. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT, IFE dan EFE serta analisis kelayakan usaha dan analisis laba rugi. Berdasarkan analisis yang terletak pada kuadran 1 maka perlu dilakukan pengembangan pada tomat ceri dengan memanfaatkan tomat ceri yang tidak lolos sortasi dijadikan permen tomat ceri. Berdasarkan analisis kelayakan usaha dilihat dareiu NPV, IRR, Net B/C dan gross B/C dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan dengan payback period 2 tahun 2 bulan dan laba bersih yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp 7.582.139 pada tahun pertama dan Rp 9.564.179 pada tahun selanjutnya. Berdasarkan analisis switching value terdapat pengaruh waktu pemgembalian jika adanya kenaikan harga bahan baku dan penurunan produksi. ABSTRACTThis research aimed to formulate an idea for a cherry tomato business development strategy by utilizing cherry tomatoes that did not pass the sorting and to analyze the development feasibility based on financial and non-financial aspects. There were approximately 40 kg of each harvest during January-March 2022 that did not pass the sorting of sales to hotels and supermarkets. The analytical methods used in this research were SWOT, IFE and EFE analysis, business feasibility analysis, as well as profit and loss analysis. Based on the analysis located in quadrant 1, it is necessary to develop cherry tomatoes by utilizing the cherry tomatoes that did not pass the sorting by processing them into cherry tomato candies. Based on the business feasibility analysis seen from the NPV, IRR, Net B/C, and gross B/C, this development strategy is feasible to run with a payback period of 2 years and 2 months and the net profit generated is Rp 7.582.139 in the first year and Rp 9.564.179 in the following year.
