<![CDATA[Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur pendaftaran pinjaman Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) kepada calon nasabah dan kendala-kendala apa saja yang di hadapi oleh nasabah pada saat proses pendaftaran hingga proses akad kredit. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dimana penelitian tersebut mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan prosedur pinjaman Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Tanjungsari memberikan persyaratan kredit khususnya Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) dengan mudah dan sederhana sehingga calon nasabah tidak merasa kesulitan dengan prosedur yang telah di tetapkan oleh Bank, untuk kendala-kendala yang di hadapi oleh calon nasabah mulai dari proses pendaftaran permohonan kredit hingga proses akad kredit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa posedur prosedur pinjaman Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) relative mudah dan sederhana dan kendala-kendala yang ada mudah terselesaikan. Kata Kunci : Prosedur pendaftaran pinjaman, kredit usaha rakyat (KUR), Bank BRI Abstract The purpose of this study was to find out the procedure for registering a People's Business Credit (KUR) loan to prospective customers and what constraints were faced by customers during the registration process to the credit contract process. The analytical tool used is descriptive qualitative where the study describes or describes the procedures for People's Business Credit (KUR) loans. The research results show that PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tanjungsari Unit provides easy and simple credit requirements, especially People's Business Credit (KUR) so that prospective customers do not find it difficult with the procedures set by the Bank, for the obstacles faced by prospective customers starting from the credit application registration process to the credit contract process. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the procedures for the People's Business Credit (KUR) loan are relatively easy and simple and the existing constraints are easily resolved.
