<![CDATA[Work fatigue is a pattern that arises in a situation that generally occurs in everyone, who is no longer able to carry out activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to work fatigue of health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic, the type of analytical research using a quantitative approach, the design used was a cross-sectional study, with the research subjects being health workers who worked at the Jatiluhur Health Center Bekasi. This research process was carried out in May-June 2021 at the Jatiluhur Health Center. The total population is 48 respondents and a sample of 48 respondents. The method used in sampling is total sampling. The independent variable; gender, age, years of service, work unit, nutritional intake, workload and the dependent variable is work age. The results showed that the average respondent was female (n=39) aged 26-35 years (n=24) with a working period of >3 years (n=25) working in a medical work unit (n=31) having good nutritional intake (n= 44) and heavy category workload (n=38). Respondents who experienced work fatigue in the medium category (n = 14) in the high category (n = 34). There is a significant relationship between gender and work fatigue with a p-value of 0.001, years of work and work fatigue with a p-value of 0.037, work units with work fatigue with a p-value of 0.000, workload and work fatigue with a p- value -value of 0.002. The other variables did not find a significant relationship. It is necessary to provide training and comfort in working for health workers at Jatiluhur Health Center in overcoming work fatigue.]]>
