Abstract

This research aims toanalyze the entrepreneurial behavior influence of brick industry it consists of leadership variable, employee involvement, information, relationships with suppliers andprocess of internal business to increaseasing the competitive advantagein Dewantara District. Data used areprimary databy distributing questionnaires for 53 respondents as the owner bricks Industry in Dewantara District. Results Of partial get are Based on the results oft testof leadership variable (X1), employee involument (X2), information (X3), relationships with suppliers (X4) has a influence to increasing the competitive advantageand only the variable of internal business process which not affected to increasing the competitive advantage(Y). While simultaneously leadership (X1), employee involument (X2), information (X3), relationships with suppliers (X4) and internal business process (X5) together influence to increasing the competitive advantage in Dewantara District.
