Abstract

Malang city is one of the cities where the society is always increasing every year. This is because the city of Malang is one of the cities of education and also a tourist city where the nature is cool. With this, it is one of the reasons for building the Begawan Apartement Building in the city of Malang. The purpose of this planning study is to plan a safe and comfortable building structure for a high-rise building structure in the BEGAWAN LOWOKWARU apartment Malang. In order to minimize damage to the planning structure of a high-rise building during an earthquake, it is necessary to take into account all possible working loads. In planning the Begawan Lowokwaru Malang Partemen Building,Bearer it was designed to use a special MomentFrame System (SRPMK). In this structural planning, the auxiliary program is used, namely ETABS V.16.2.0 with reference to the SNI 03-1726-2019 regulations concerning the procedures for Earthquake resistance planning for Building and Non-Building Structures, as well as SNI 03-2847-2013 concerning Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings. Building. Based on the analysis results of this final project, it is found that the beam and column structural design is capable so that the design of the strong column weak beam "Strong Column Weak Beam" ΣMnc ≥ 1.2 ΣMnb is obtained with the detailing of the beam column relationship that meets the requirements of SNI 2847-2013.
