<![CDATA[ABSTRAKSekolah adalah tempat berlangsungnya proses belajar mengajar. Salah satu faktor untuk mencapai kondisi lingkungan belajar yang baik adalah terhindar dari masalah kebisingan. Sekolah yang berada dekat dengan jalan raya akan sangat mengganggu aktivitas siswa yang berlangsung. Gangguan yang sering ditemui di sekolah-sekolah adalah gangguan kebisingan yang berasal dari sektor transportasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kebisingan dan menggambar pemetaan di SD Negeri 1 Beringin Raya. Alat yang digunakan untuk menentukan kebisingan dalam penelitian ini adalah Sound Level Meter, pemetaan menggunakan softwere Surfer 16, dan perhitungan kebisingan menggunakan rumus pada Keputusan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup No: KEP-48/MENLH/11/1996. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan cara mencatat setiap 5 detik selama 10 menit diperoleh tingkat kebisingan rata – rata pada titik 1 (pinggir jalan) sebesar 76 dB, pada titik 2 (depan kelas 5) sebesar 68,5 dB, pada titik 3 (depan kelas 1) sebesar 62,5 dB, pada titik 4 (depan kelas 4) sebesar 58,0 dB, pada titik 5 (depan kelas 6) sebesar 57,1 dB. Berdasarkan hasil Analisa tingkat kebisingan rata-rata di SD Negeri 1 Beringin Raya belum memenuhi standar yang telah ditentukan yaitu 55 dB. Tingkat kebisingan dari hasil perhitungan selanjutnya dilakukan pemetaan dengan Surfer 16 dan didapatkan alternatif pengendalian antara lain pelarangan membunyikan klakson, dilarang berhenti bagi kendaraan bermotor, membuat zona selamat sekolah di jalan raya, pembangunan noise barrier (dinding peredam suara) berupa pagar tembok pada halaman sekolah setinggi 2,8 m, dan penanaman tumbuhan tanaman kembang sepatu (hibiscus rosa sinensis L) di depan pagar sekolah. Schools that are close to the highway will greatly interfere with ongoing student activities. The disturbance that is often encountered in schools is noise disturbance originating from the transportation sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the noise level and draw a map at SD Negeri 1 Beringin Raya. The tools used to determine noise in this research are Sound Level Meter, mapping using Surfer 16 software, and noise calculation using the formula in the Decree of the Minister of the Environment No: KEP-48/MENLH/11/1996. Based on the results of calculations carried out by recording every 5 seconds for 10 minutes, the average noise level at point 1 (roadside) is 76 dB, at point 2 (front of class 5) is 68.5 dB, at point 3 (front) class 1) is 62.5 dB, at point 4 (front of class 4) it is 58.0 dB, at point 5 (front of class 6) is 57.1 dB. Based on the results of the analysis, the average noise level in SD Negeri 1 Beringin Raya has not met the predetermined standard, which is 55 dB. The noise level from the calculation results was then mapped with Surfer 16 and obtained alternative control, including prohibition of honking, prohibited from stopping for motorized vehicles, creating school safety zones on the highway, construction of noise barriers (sound-dampening walls) in the form of wall fences on the school yard as high as 2.8 m, and planting hibiscus plants (hibiscus rosa sinensis L) in front of the school fence.]]>
