<![CDATA[Abstrak PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang sedang membangun Proyek Distribusi Granular Perumahan Paledang Indah STO Soreang untuk menjalankan program information and communication Technology (ICT). Rencana Proyek Distribusi Granular dimulai pada tanggal 15 April 2019 dan akan selesai pada tanggal 18 Mei 2019. Proyek distribusi granular memiliki kendala, pada hari ke-10 bahwa terjadi keterlambatan karena paket pekerjaan seharusnya sudah sebesar Rp 22.028.700,00 ternyata hanya mencapai 10.298.862,00 yang terjadi pada fase pelaksanaan proyek, sehingga diperlukan metode untuk percepatan durasi proyek. Dengan menggunakan Critical Path Method yang bertujuan untuk menunjukkan lintasan kritis dan menggunakan Fast Tracking Method untuk melakukan percepatan proyek. Dari hasil perhitungan aktivitas yang dilakukan, ditemukan 17 aktivitas lintasan kritis dengan total float = 0. Sebelum menggunakan Fast Tracking Method proyek dijadwalkan selesai dalam waktu pengerjaan selama durasi 38 hari. Setelah dilakukan Fast Tracking Method pada proyek distribusi granular Paledang Indah STO Soreang PT. XYZ, didapatkan durasi selama 34 hari dalam penyelesaiannya. XYZ is a company engaged in information and communication that is buiding of the Granular Housing Distribution project STO Soreang to implement information and communication Technology (ICT) program. The plan to implement The Granular Distrubution Project starts on April 15, 2019 and will be completed on May 18, 2019. The Granular Distribution Project has delays in the implementation phase of the project, that a method is needed to accelerate the duration of the project. At the 10th day it was discovered that there was a delay because the work package should have amounted to Rp 22.028.700,00 in fact it only reached Rp 10.298.862,00 by using Critical Path Method which aims to show the critical path and using Fast Tracking Method to accelerate the project. From the results of the calculation of the activities carried out, be discovered 17 critical paths activities with total float = 0. Before using Fast Tracking Method, the project is scheduled to be completed within a working period of 38 days.
