Abstract

Abstrak. Guru memiliki peran yang penting dalam menunjang tercapainya tujuan sekolah.. Sekolah perlu memperhatikan hal-hal yang menjadi kebutuhan guru. Salah satu kebutuhan guru adalah mendapatkan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan kerja pada guru Taman kanak-Kanak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 6 orang guru yang bekerja di salah satu sekolah  Taman Kanak-Kanak yang ada di Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara menggunakan instrumen pedoman wawancara yang disusun tim penelitian. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dilakukan proses reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru yang bekerja di Taman Kanak-Kanak yang ada di Surabaya tergolong baik.  Abstract:  Teachers have an important role in supporting the achievement of school goals. Schools need to pay attention to the things that are the needs of teachers. One of the teacher's needs is to get job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the job satisfaction of Kindergarten teachers. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with 6 research subjects working in one of the Kindergarten schools in Surabaya. Data was collected by interview using instrument guidelines prepared by the research team. The data that has been collected is then carried out by the process of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that teachers who work in kindergartens in Surabayaare classified as good
