<![CDATA[Abstrak: Hutan mangrove memiliki peran dan fungsi yang berbeda, baik secara ekologis, ekonomi maupun social budaya. Di wilayah pesisir bagian Selatan Kabupaten LombokTimur, fungsi dan peran hutan mangrove sangat menguntungkan secara ekonomi maupun ekologi, akan tetapi nilainya belum diukur secara terus menerus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan penghitungan terhadap nilai ekonomi lingkungan hutan mangrove di wilayah pesisir Bagian Selatan Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penilaian didasarkan pada prinsip nilai ekonomi lingkungan, yaitu hasil penjumlahan dari nilai manfaat langsung, nilai manfaat tidak langsung, nilai pilihan pada kepentingan terhadap konservasi dan pemanfaatan dimasa depan, nilai keberadaan pada kelangsungan habitat, dan nilai warisan. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan menunjukkan bahwa besarnya nilai ekonomi lingkungan hutan mangrove di wilayah pesisir bagian Selatan Kabupaten Lombok Timur ± Rp 130.760.357/ha/th. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dari penjumlahan nilai manfaat langsung hutan mangrove yang dihasilkan di daerah ini ± Rp 88.162.750/ha/th, nilai manfaat tidak langsung hutan mangrove ± 42.597.267 /ha/th, nilai pilihan hutan mangrove untuk konservasi ± Rp 60.000 /ha/th, nilai hutan mangrove untuk keberadaan habitat ± Rp 180.000 /ha/th, dan nilai hutan mangrove untuk warisan ± Rp 100.000 /ha/th Abstract:.Mangroves forest have different roles and functions, both ecological economical and socio-cultural. In the coastal area of the southern part of East Lombok Regency, the function and role of mangroves forest is very beneficial economically and ecologically, but its value has not yet been measured continue. The purpose of this study was to calculation the environmental economic value of the mangrove forest in the southern coastal area of East Lombok Regency. The assessment is based on the principle of environmental economic value, namely the sum of the direct benefit value,indirect benefit value, option value in terms of interest in conservation and future use, existence value in habitat continuity, and inheritance value. Based on the calculation results show that the magnitude of the environmental economic value of the mangrove forest in the southern coastal area of East Lombok Regency ±IDR 131,991,591/ha/year.These results are obtained from the sum of the direct use values of the mangroves forest produced in this area ± IDR 88,162,750/ha/year, the indirect use values of mangroves forest ± 42,597,267/ha/year, option value of mangroves forest for conservation ± IDR 89,954.1/ha/year, the value of mangroves forest for the presence habitat ± IDR 74,952.75/ha/year, and the value of mangroves forest for inheritance ± IDR 1,066,667/ha/year]]>
