<![CDATA[Forestry potential has a high contribution to export results in the Madiun Regency area. Support for forest landscapes that reach nearly 40% of their territory contributes to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The development potential that can be achieved is in the manufacture of home décor made from teak weevils. The Perhutani party chose teak weevils because they are abundant during the forest reforestation season and can be processed as one of the leading export products. Obstacles faced by SMEs include aspects of marketing, production, finance, and social relations. Some of the obstacles faced by SMEs were conducted in the form of research. The purpose of this study is to be able to overcome the problems faced by SMEs. The research method uses descriptive analysis with the help of questionnaires. The findings from the results of the study indicate that the factor of providing capital occupies the highest aspect of training needs, with a value achievement of 85%. Potensi kehutanan memiliki kontribusi tinggi dalam hasil ekspor di kawasan kabupaten Madiun. Dukungan bentangan hutan yang mencapai hampir 40 % dari wilayahnya memberikan kontribusi pada daerah terhadap Pendapatan Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Potensi pengembangan yang bisa dilakukan di antaranya pembuatan home decor berbahan bonggol jati. Pemilihan bonggol jati dikarenakan jumlahnya yang melimpah di saat musim reboisasi hutan oleh pihak PERHUTANI dan dapat diolah sebagai salah produk kerajinan unggulan ekspor. Kendala yang dihadapi pelaku UKM di antaranya aspek pemasaran, produksi, keuangan dan hubungan sosial. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi UKM maka dilakukan kajian dalam bentuk penelitian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi UKM. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis diskriptif dengan bantuan kuesioner. Temuan dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa faktor pemberian modal menduduki aspek tertinggi dalam kebutuhan pelatihan dengan capaian nilai sebesar 85 %.]]>
