Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises ( SMEs ) are in need to the roles of Microfinance Institutions of Shariah ( LKMS ) , especially in terms of capital used to expand the market and expand its business in order to give significant contribute to the national economy. Therefore, it is necessary to have facilitators who can connect between the two parties ( SMEs and those who require capital funding agencies ) that in order to reach understanding between SMEs with capital sources ( banks ). One of the efforts is the empowerment of Bank Partner Financial Consultant ( KKMB ). Consultant is a member or element of the Institute of Business Development Service Providers ( Business Development Services Provider / BDS - P ) that meet certain qualifying standards as institutions that provide business development services as the way to improve the performance of SMEs . In addition, efforts to optimize LKMS that can support the development of SMEs are needed. The efforts will be more effective by good cooperation between LKMS , government and SMEs . So that SMEs can be developed and can be used as a purveyor of the largest GNP in Indonesia.
