The research based on the first law of thermodynamics application to measuring energy distribution on combustion of E0 and E50 in spark ignition engines. The experiments conducted on engine standard parameters such as compression ratio of 11:1 and 12 bTDC for ignition timing. Meanwhile, injection variation of 100% - 200% (increament 25%) for E50 fuel intended to knows the effect of injection volume on energy rate in BHP, exhaust gas and energy transfer as a loss of energy. The result shows fuel energy of E50 higher than E0 except if the injection volume equal to E0. However, the fuel energy of E0 relatively similar to E50 that are 16,62 and 17,45 kW in average when E50 inducted in 125%. Moreover, the fuel energy will increases as increase of injection volume with average of 2,7 kW for each rises 25% of injection volume. The lowest and highest fuel energy is achieved at 100% and 200% injection volume of 15,18 kW and 25,84 kW respectively. Suitable induction of E50 for spark engine is 125% which energy distribution on BHP, exhaust gas and energy lost of 6,59 kW and 4,70 kW as well as 6,31 kW repectively. Meanwhile, 6,35 kW, 6,19 kW and 4,08 kW for E0 fuel.
