<![CDATA[Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence the acceptance of E-Tax by users, the results of the study are intended to provide information to the Palembang City Regional Tax Management Agency regarding the factors that influence the acceptance of E-Tax. So the researchers conducted research on E-Tax from the user's point of view which aims to measure the level of acceptance, influence or perception of an information system using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The initial step to identify these factors is to design a questionnaire. The design of the questionnaire was carried out to be addressed to respondents, namely business entity taxpayers at the Regional Tax Management Agency of Palembang City, which aims to determine the skdrptsbilitsd factor from the responses of the respondents. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan E-Tax oleh pengguna, hasil penelitian dimaksudkan untuk memberikan informasi kepada pihak Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Daerah Kota Palembang mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan E-Tax. Sehingga peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenai E-Tax dari sisi pengguna yang bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan, pengaruh atau persepsi dari suatu sistem informasi dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Langkah awal untuk mengidentifikasi faktor tersebut ialah melakukan perancangan kuesioner. Perancangan kuesioner dilakukan untuk ditujukan kepada responden yaitu wajib pajak badan usaha di Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Daerah Kota palembang yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor skdrptsbilitsd dari tanggapan para responden.]]>
