The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover intentions at PetroChina International Companies in Indonesia. In this study the independent variable was job satisfaction as measured by the MSQ (Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire), while the dependent variable in this study was shopping interest as measured by Abelson's theory as an indicator of preparation. Quantitative methods and questionnaires are used as research tools in this study. The analysis used includes normality test, homogeneity test, correlation test, hypothesis testing with partial t test and regression test. The results of this study provide a correlation coefficient of -0.832, which means that job satisfaction has a high and negative relationship with employee turnover intentions. At the time of testing the hypothesis it is known that the t-number is |-7.942| > t table 2.048 with a significance value of 0.000 and lt;0.050 which means job satisfaction has a significant and negative effect on employee intentions. The coefficient of determination of job satisfaction and turnover intention is 0.693, which means that the ability of the job satisfaction variable to explain the variance of the turnover intention variable is 69.3%
