These notes include expectations, obstacles, and achievements regarding education, including Early Childhood Development (ECD). The author sees, of the many sides of Early Childhood Development discussed. The author aims to see the extent of the voices of the research subjects regarding the professionalism of ECD teachers, especially in the Palangka Raya area. The author used the interview method through Nurul Fitri Foundation School, Kameloh Bulan Foundation School (KB), and Al-Hudaa Foundation PAUD or ECD. This is a qualitative study. The author concludes based on the interview results that although each school—with a variety of religions in it (Islam, Hinduism, and Christianity)—has its own problems, there is still a clear hope for the future. This hope is realized by the facilities available at each ECD. Both facilities from the state, as well as local facilities.
