<![CDATA[Abstrak: SMP Global Insani School merupakan salah satu sekolah penggerak yang berfokus pada pengembangan hasil belajar siswa secara holistik yang mencakup kompetensi literasi dan numerasi dan karakter diawali dengan sumber daya manusia yang unggul yakni kepala sekolah dan guru. Untuk itu, para guru di sekolah tersebut memerlukan pelatihan literasi digital untuk mencegah plagiarisme dan infomasi bohong (hoaks). Tim abdimas dan mitra sepakat untuk memberikan prioritas pada usaha pemecahan masalah kompetensi guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi literasi informasi sehingga mampu memanfaatkan informasi sebagai sumber-sumber pembelajaran. Kegiatan abdimas ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi literasi informasi bagi guru SMP Global Insani School dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan pemberian tugas. Kompetensi literasi informasi guru penting untuk guru agar ketika guru berselancar di dunia maya, guru mempunyai kemampuan mengenali kebermanfaatan informasi sesuai yang dibutuhkan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan sebanyak dua kali pertemuan dengan peserta berjumlah 24 orang. Evaluasi yang dilakukan yaitu dengan pemberian tugas pada peserta di hari pertemuan pertama dan kedua. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu peningkatan kompetensi literasi digital pada guru SMP Global Insani School sebesar 27,83%. Implikasi dari hasil ini yaitu guru dapat memanfaatkan penguasaan keterampilan komputer berkaitan dengan penyediaan sumber-sumber pembelajaran yang sesuai dan mudah diakses oleh guru, sehingga guru dapat mempertimbangkan kebutuhan pembelajar dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Selain itu, terdapat keluaran lain berupa laporan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Pelaksanaan abdimas ini terdiri dari beberapa langkah yaitu observasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan, evaluasi program dan pelaporan.Abstract: SMP Global Insani School is one of the driving schools that focuses on developing student learning outcomes holistically which includes literacy and numeracy and character competencies starting with superior human resources, namely principals and teachers. For this reason, teachers at these schools need digital literacy training to prevent plagiarism and false information (hoaxes). The abdimas team and partners agreed to give priority to efforts to solve teacher competence problems in improving information literacy competencies so that they are able to utilize information as learning resources. This community service activity aims to improve information literacy competency for Global Insani School Middle School teachers with lecture, demonstration, and assignment methods. Teacher information literacy competence is important for teachers so that when teachers surf in cyberspace, teachers have the ability to recognize the usefulness of information as needed. This activity was carried out in two meetings with 24 participants. The evaluation was carried out by giving assignments to participants on the first and second meeting days. The result of this activity is an increase in digital literacy competency for Global Insani School Middle School teachers by 27.83%. The implication of this result is that the teacher can take advantage of the mastery of computer skills related to the provision of learning resources that are appropriate and easily accessible to the teacher, so that the teacher can consider the needs of students in learning activities. In addition, there are other outputs in the form of reports on community service activities. The implementation of this community service consists of several steps, namely observation, implementation of activities, program evaluation and reporting.]]>
