<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a comparison of abdominal muscle endurance for Hockey athletes and Soccer athletes in preparation for the National Sports Week (PON). The type of research that be used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis. In this research design, the research subjects were selected purposively. sampling based on certain characteristics, research so that the research subjects are homogeneous. While data analysis using SPSS 21 by using descriptive test, normality test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis, the results of the comparison of abdominal muscle endurance of Hockey athletes and Soccer athletes preparing for the National Sports Week (PON) obtained an N value (sample) of 15 people, Mean 49.4667, T table value 26,392 and sig.
