<![CDATA[Attendance recording is important for salaries and institutional productivity. But there are still problems: certain officers can only do the attendance process. So that it causes queues and if the officer is not present then the attendance uses conventional methods. Officers often do not read the licensing process using messages sent via WhatsApp groups. Through this research, making a solution to these problems with the development and implementation of a website-based integrated payroll system and Android attendance application, and notifications via WhatsApp features. This system uses geolocation-validated QR (Quick Response) to improve attendance accuracy. This system development method uses the waterfall method, including communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. Implementation of an integrated attendance application for institutional payroll can improve process efficiency, and reduce risk. The WhatsApp feature is useful for sending notifications and reminders to employees regarding their attendance and payroll.]]>
