<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPada persalinan rasa nyeri sering kali menjadi masalah dalam hal nyeri ringan, sedang, berat, dan tidak terkontrol. Rasa nyeri pada persalinan adalah manifestasi dari adanya kontraksi (pemendekan otot rahim). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat nyeri persalinan kala 1 pembukaan 5-10 cm dan untuk mengetahui area nyeri yang dirasakanibu dalam persalinan kala I antara dua responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 2 pasien Ibu di Kamar Bersalin. Instrument yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah lembar Kuisioner skala nyeri VAS (Visual Analog Scale) dan lembar Observasiyang isinya berupa skala nyeri wajah. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ditemukan bahwa satu pasien berada di skala nyeri berat dan satu pasien berada di skala nyeri tidak terkontrol. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini Kedua responden bisa melewati his dengan baik sehingga persalinan berlangsung normal. Ny.”H” lama persalinan kala I pembukaan 5-10 cm 7 jam, sedangkan Ny.”W” lama persalinan kala I pembukaan 5-10 cm 5 jam. Lama persalinan kedua responden tersebut sejalan dengan teori tahapan kala I fase aktif. Saran dari penelitian ini bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat melakukan penelitian yang lebih mendalam terkait tingkat nyeri ibu dalam persalinan kala I pembukaan 5-10 cm dengansampel/responden yang lebih banyak. ABSTRACTIn labor pain is often a problem in the case of mild, moderate, severe, and uncontrolled pain. Pain in labor is a manifestation of contractions (shortening of the uterine muscles). The purpose of the study was to determine the level of labor at 1 to 10 cm opening and to find out the area of pain felt by the mother in the first stage of labor between the two respondents. The type of research used is descriptive with a case study approach method. The subjects of this study were 2 maternalpatients in the Maternity Room. The instrument used in the data collection of this study was a questionnaire on pain scale VAS (Visual Analog Scale) and Observation sheet which contained a scale of facial pain. The results showed that it was found that one patient was on a severe pain scale and one patient was on an uncontrolled pain scale. Conclusion in thisstudy Both respondents can pass his well so that labor is normal. Mrs. “H” the length of labor when I opened 5-10 cm 7 hours, while Mrs. “W” long labor when I opened 5-10 cm 5 hours. The duration of delivery of the two respondents is in line with the theory of the stage when the active phase. Suggestions from this study for further researchers are expected to conduct more in-depth research related to the level of maternal pain in labor at the opening of 5-10 cm with more samples / respondents. ]]>
