<![CDATA[Di Bali, Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan usaha penting yang menopang kehidupan masyarakat dalam mendukung sektor pariwisata. Bali sudah memiliki beberapa sentra seni hanya saja fasilitas yang dimiliki belum lengkap. Melihat begitu banyaknya orang yang menekuni UMKM di bidang industri kerajinan dan kurangnya fasilitas yang sudah ada maka perlu dirancang Sentra UMKM di bidang industri kerajinan yang baru, dengan tujuan memusatkan pelaku UMKM industri kerajinan yang ada di Bali dan akan mampu menjadi sarana untuk mengangkat perekonomian dan potensi UMKM yang ada. Sentra UMKM Industri Kerajinan merupakan Pusat kegiatan bisnis di kawasan tertentu yang bertujuan menghasilkan barang atau produk kerajinan dengan proses pembuatanya menggunakan keterampilan tangan manusia. Sentra ini akan mewadahi kegiatan seperti : pemasaran, demo produksi, pelatihan, koleksi, apresiasi dan food court serta dilengkapi dengan koperasi. Berdasarkan fungsinya, perancangan Sentra menggunakan konsep dasar Promotif, Edukatif yang Rekreatif. Tema yang akan dipergunakan adalah Arsitektur Neo Vernakular. Lokasi perancangan Sentra UMKM Industri terletak di Br. Samu, Desa Singapadu Kaler, Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar. Berdasarkan analisa ruang, luas lahan yang direncanakan seluas 28.591,40m². Konsep perencanaan site mengacu pada site yang sudah dipilih dengan tetap mempertimbangkan lingkungan sekitar baik iklim, kebisingan, klimotologi, topografi dan build up area. Konsep perencanaan penampilan bangunan, struktur dan utilitas mengacu pada konsep dasar dan tema rancangan. Konsep perencanaan harus tetap mengacu norma-norma atau aturan yang berlaku serta tetap mengedepankan sisi keamanan dan kenyamanan sehingga dapat merencanakan suatu Sentra UMKM Industri Kerajinan di Bali. Based on its function, the design of the Center uses the basic concepts of Promotive, Creative Educational. The Tema to be used is Neo Vernacular Architecture. The design location of the Industrial MSME Center is located in Br. Samu, Singapadu Kaler Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. Based on space analysis, the planned land area is 28,591.40m². The concept of site planning refers to the site that has been selected while still considering the surrounding environment, both climate, noise, climatology, topography and build up area.
