<![CDATA[Di Indonesia sendiri, pemerataan dalam aspek kesehatan sangat sulit dicapai mengingat kondisi geografis Indonesia yang berpulau-pulau yang membuat pembangunan fasilitas kesehatan pada daerah-daerah tertentu masih sangat kurang. Dampak dari krisis ekonomi berlanjut pada sektor kesehatan, menurunnya daya beli masyrakat serta meningkatnya biaya kesehatan, menyebabkan akses kesehatan yang layak masih cenderung mahal dan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah semakin sulit untuk menjangkau layanan kesehatan yang memadai. Seluruh penduduk Indonesia mendapat jaminan kesehatan melalui BPJS Kesehatan, maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang Gambaran Umum Masyarakat dalam Pemanfaatan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional untuk melihat peluang pencapaian sasaran. Jaminan Kesehatan adalah Jaminan berupa perlindungan kesehatan agar Peserta memperoleh manfaat pemeliharaan kesehatan dan perlindungan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar kesehatan yang diberikan kepada setiap orang yang telah membayar Iuran Jaminan Kesehatan atau Iuran Jaminan Kesehatannya dibayar oleh Pemerintah Pusat atau Pemerintah Daerah. Metode Penelitian deskriptif, lokasi penelitian Desa Rantau Jaya Kecamatan Simpang Raya Kabupaten Banggai Tahun 2023 dianalisis secara deskriptif dari faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfataan JKN yaitu Pendidikan, Pekerjaan, dan Pemanfaatan Fasilitas Kesehatan. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu Total Populasi sebanyak 2017 Responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Accidental Sampling dan sumber data primer. Hasil penelitian Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan di Desa Rantau Jaya yang tertinggi adalah SD yaitu sebanyak 979 responden (48,54%) dan yang terendah adalah yang tidak sekolah yaitu sebanyak 16 responden (0,79%), Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis pekerjaan penduduk usia produktif di Desa Rantau Jaya yang terbesar adalah Petani yaitu sebanyak 807 responden (40%) dan yang terendah yaitu masing-masing jasa/supir/ojek dan honorer sebanyak 20 responden 1%, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang paling sering digunakan oleh masyarakat Desa Rantau Jaya adalah Puskesmas yaitu sebanyak 1.190 Responden (59,0%) dan yang terendah yaitu lainnya sebanyak 20 responden (1%) dan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Jumlah Penduduk Berdasarkan Kepemilikman JKN yang memiliki JKN di Desa Rantau Jaya yaitu sebanyak 1.708 Responden (85%) dan Yang Tidak Memiliki JKN sebanyak 309 Responden (15,37%) In Indonesia itself, equity in the health aspect is very difficult to achieve considering Indonesia's geographical condition which is made up of islands which makes the development of health facilities in certain areas still lacking. The impact of the economic crisis continues on the health sector, reducing people's purchasing power and increasing health costs, causing access to proper health care which tends to be expensive and it is increasingly difficult for low-income people to reach adequate health services. The entire Indonesian population receives health insurance through BPJS Health, so researchers are interested in conducting research on the General Description of the Community in Utilizing National Health Insurance to see opportunities for achieving targets. Health Insurance is a guarantee in the form of health protection so that Participants receive health care benefits and protection in meeting basic health needs that are given to everyone who has paid Health Insurance Contributions or whose Health Insurance Contributions are paid by the Central Government or Regional Governments. Descriptive research method, the research location is Rantau Jaya Village, Simpang Raya District, Banggai Regency in 2023 analyzed descriptively from the factors that influence JKN utilization, namely Education, Employment, and Utilization of Health Facilities. The sample of this research is the Total Population of 2017 Respondents. The data collection method used in this study is the Accidental Sampling method and primary data sources. Research results The results showed that the highest level of education in Rantau Jaya Village was SD, namely 979 respondents (48.54%) and the lowest was those who did not attend school, namely 16 respondents (0.79%).
